Join us for 2 informative webinars on updates and changes to work visas for foreigners in South Africa. We partner with fellow SwissCham Member WerthSchröder Atorneys Inc. and the French South African Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

In this first session, we explore the legal framework and eligibility requirements for Remote Work Visas, tailored to both attract and support foreigners who can contribute to the South African economy while residing in South Africa, yet continuing to conduct work for a foreign employer on a remote basis. This new Remote Work Visa allows foreigners to live and work in South Africa for up to 36 months.

This session will cover key aspects such as the legal framework, eligibility requirements, taxation, and compliance.

Date: 12. November 2024

Time: 11:00 - 12:30

Format: Online via MS Teams

RSVP: Please register for the webinar; the MS Teams Link will be provided 48 hours before the session.
