Event Details

During his time as Chairman for the Wooltru Group, Colin Hall devised and introduced the Wooltru Leadership Program, which is based on the Covey Institute's Leadership Programs. When Wooltru was liquidated in 2000, Colin embarked on a remarkable journey of running independent leadership programs for corporate entities, focusing on simpler ways of leadership in the Information Age.

Together with his son Steve he continues to coach corporates with leadership workshops, tailor-made to their specific leadership needs.

Colin Hall was a corporate man for 50 years serving on many Company Boards, including South African Breweries and the Wooltru Group, which he put together and chaired for some years. Colin visited the Covey Institute in Utah where he acquired the rights to Covey’s work and introduced the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to South Africa through the Wooltru Leadership Program which he ran personally. Since 1992, Colin has conducted programs that are changing corporate culture.
Through the Learning To Lead program, which he and his son Steve have crafted together, they hope to create new, simpler pictures of leadership relevant to the Quantum Age and appropriate to South Africa.
